Sft10 Label Sensor

The sensor SFT10 have been developed for detect transparent labels, but for its characteristics extends its field of application to whichever tipe of label.

The SFT10 works without problems with whichever tipe of label, the metal that is present on some labels does not create problems as it happens for other sensor of same category, but it improves the distinction between the label and the tape of support

The settting of SFT10 is automatic. The operator must only allow the sensor to read two different point: label and tape of support.

The SFT10 offers two output PNP and NPN, that are protect from shortcircuit an overload.

The SFT10 can work in two mode: light or dark, for both mode, it has the special function of double reading, that it active the output after to have read the passage of two labels.

The extremely low response time eliminate the problem of loss of precision at the high speed.

The SFT10 easy in installation with two screw M5. The electrical connection and meccanichal fixed are compatible with those of SF30, therefore it is possibile to replace the SF30 with the SFT10 in the case is necessary to work with transparent labels that are impossible to discriminate with an optical sensor.
